Why I Fell in Love with ‘Twilight’
When I first heard about Twilight, I thought wow, another vampire book. My friends kept on asking me, did you read that book Twilight. So one day I went to my school library and checked out Twilight. I felt as if I was actually in Bella’s situation. I read that book in one day. The next day when I went back to school and told everybody that I read the book. I went back to the library and checked out New Moon. I read that book in two days. I read ‘Eclipse’ and ‘Breaking Dawn’ all in the same week. I was/am very interested in ‘The Twilight Series’.
Eyes of a Vampire
When I went back to school, all my friends wanted to know how I read so fast. I told them that I love to read about good vampire books now. They wanted to know why I read ‘The Twilight Series’ in just about a week. I told them it’s because I fell in love with Edward Cullen. I actually imagined Bella as myself, and I fell for him in ‘Twilight’. Got my heart broken and healed in ‘New Moon’. By the way I love the movie, I watched it the first day it came out. I married him in ‘Breaking Dawn’ and had his precious baby girl. Bella was me. I even had dreams about it. I could feel Bella’s pain and joy. I’ve read all of these books three times. Nobody can tell me that I don’t have an obsession with Edward because even I know I do.
In all of the books (ecept one) Jacob was a good friend. Looking from Jacob’s point of view I could see why he was kind of mad in ‘Eclipse’, because I believe he felt as if he was used as a play boyfriend while Edward was gone. From his point of view Bella took him back too quickly. (Can’t really blame her though.) In ‘Breaking Dawn’, I think he let his anger get the best of him. When he imprinted on Renesmee it really wasn’t his fault, but he was being kind of a butthead about it. Thats just my opinion.
Every since then, I’ve kept an open mind about what is real and what is not. I believe there is more in this world then just what the human eye can see. When I get a little older, I am going to be a famous writer/actress.
I have real dreams to make it in this world. My mom and dad tell me that I have a very good imagination. I think every good writer has to have a good imagination. Thats why I love Stephenie Meyer, as a writer. Thats also why I fell in love with ‘Twilight’.
